    Aluminum Die Casting

    We specialize in high-pressure aluminum die casting as a means of manufacturing aluminum parts. Die casting is a highly competitive process for producing aluminum components. Our advantage lies in our in-house team of skilled die cast tool makers, who can modify or create die casting tools at lower cost and high quality. We also offer assistance in converting aluminum sand casting to aluminum die casting, providing a smooth transition between the two processes.

    Stamping

    Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press , blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produce the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. The process is usually carried out on sheet metal , but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene .
